Can I message my dermatologist?

Yes. Once your treatment plan is issued, you can send follow-up questions directly to your dermatologist within a timeframe set by them (it varies between dermatologists).

For how long can I message my dermatologist after a consultation?

It depends on the dermatologist, since they are independent providers they set this time frame themselves. Some dermatologists have a 3-day period and some others have 2 weeks.

What happens if the messaging period expires?

After the messaging period ends, you can pay $25 to send a message about your existing condition.

Can I request refills or ask about new conditions via messages?

No. Messages are only for follow-up questions about your current condition.
