Payment, refunds and dispute policy
- Please be aware that once a consultation request is submitted, it is considered final and marks the beginning of the consultation process. It cannot be guaranteed that any attempt to cancel the request will reach the dermatologist before medical evaluation begins.
- If, in the rare case, Dr. Chacon is unable to complete the asynchronous consultation within seven days of the initial request, the reserved payment will not be processed and will be released back to the customer’s credit card.
- If Dr. Chacon determines that a medical evaluation cannot be provided based on the submitted information, she will send you a message via the Miiskin platform asking for further details.
- If Dr. Chacon advises you to seek in-person care, this recommendation is considered part of the medical service and does not qualify for a refund.
