Dr. Anna Chacon, M.D., FAAD Specialized in Teledermatology
Dr. Anna Chacon is a board-certified dermatologist and a medical advisor at Miiskin. She holds medical licenses in 50 U.S. states including the Virgin Islands and Guam. She offers convenient and cost-effective teledermatology consultations to patients in all these states.
Through telemedicine, Dr. Chacon aims to increase access to dermatology care for patients who do not wish to wait many months to see a dermatologist or for those who live in remote locations.
Dr. Chacon currently owns a private practice where patients from all over the U.S. can request virtual visits via the Miiskin App and she usually responds to these consultations in less than 48 hours.
Dr. Chacon graduated at the top of her class and was elected class valedictorian. She obtained her Medical Degree from Brown University – Program in Liberal Medical Education.
Dr. Chacon obtained a fellowship in dermatologic surgery at the University of Miami, where she conducted significant research investigations, conference presentations and managed clinical trials in lasers. She then completed an internship in surgery at Orlando Regional Medical Center, followed by a dermatology residency.
She completed her dermatology residency at the University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, where she served as chief resident.
