After downloading the Miiskin app to your Apple or Android smartphone, you simply follow the on-screen instructions. Be sure to use an email address that you can access later. You will be asked if you’d like to start with a 30-day free trial of Miiskin Premium or proceed without. You’ll then have the opportunity to view a tour of the site. It’s that simple.

You can easily add multiple user profiles to your account, allowing you to use Miiskin for more than one individual with a single account. However, each account is associated with one email address.

While we always hope you’re satisfied with Miiskin, we understand you could desire to cancel you account. Please contact us at [email protected] with your registered email address so we can assist you. Please note that simply uninstalling the app will NOT automatically stop your subscription — you have to cancel the subscription separately on the payment platform chosen and Apple, Google and the website each have specific procedures. Uninstalling the app will NOT delete the account you have registered.

Yes. Miiskin Premium allows you to import photos. On both the iPhone and Android screens in the camera view, there is an icon that allows you to upload images from your image library.

To upload images or import images from your phone gallery, click the phone image in the upper right of the camera view screen, then follow the prompts to ensure the date is correct and to set reminders.

Yes, Miiskin is a smartphone app. It is available for both iPhone and Android. You will need a computer or tablet to use the full features available with Miiskin Premium.

Miiskin is compatible with both iPhone and Android products. It requires Apple iOS 10.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone, iPad Pro (9.7-inch), iPad Pro (9.7-inch) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iPad Pro (10.5-inch), iPad Pro (10.5-inch) Wi-Fi + Cellular, and iPod touch. Android requires version 6.0 and up.

With Miiskin Premium, you can easily transfer your photos if you get a new phone because your photos are securely backed up and separated from your phone’s gallery.

With Miiskin Premium, your images are securely backed up and stored, separate from the regular image gallery in your phone. Because your photos are protected with a 4-digit PIN, you can securely download them to a new device. The team at [email protected] can assist you.

Problem: Some Huawei users have reported problems with getting reminders (notifications) from the Miiskin app.

Explanation: The problem is not from the Miiskin apps’ side. The problem you might be experiencing is a known, common problem with Huawei phones which keeps notification content from displaying on the lock screen.

The only way for Miiskin users to make this problem solved is to manually adjust the settings on their Huawei phone.

Solution: On Huawei devices disable the app for automatic management

If you are experiencing such problem please try the following:

Go to:

→ Settings → Battery → App launch → Disable automatic management for your app.

→ A pop-up will appear, asking what you want to allow (all true by default). 

Make sure that the first, Auto-launch is enabled.

→ After doing this, you should receive Notifications (also after a restart of the phone).
