How does the 30-day free trial work?
With both the monthly and yearly subscription you get a 30-day free trial when referred by your doctor. This period allows you to explore all the functionality of the app before you pay anything. A valid credit card is required to activate the 30-day free trial.
You are under no obligation to continue after the 30 days and will not be charged anything if you cancel in the trial period. If you have any problems getting started with the app and the free trial, please contact Miiskin on [email protected] for help.
When will I be charged?
You will only be charged a subscription fee if you continue on the subscription after the 30-day free trial period.
How can I cancel my trial or subscription?
The subscription can be cancelled by logging in on miiskin.com or by sending an email to [email protected]. Just remember to include the email address you signed up with.
If you cancel within the 30-day trial period, you won’t be charged.
